Dr. Bagdasarian is a highly respected hematologist and medical oncologist at Oncura Health, specializing in the treatment of cancer, blood disorders, and bone marrow transplantation. With decades of experience in advanced oncology care, he is known for delivering personalized, evidence-based treatment to patients across Southern California.


Born and raised in Montebello, California, Dr. Bagdasarian attended the Armenian Mesrobian School before completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, graduating magna cum laude.


He completed his Internal Medicine residency at White Memorial Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the nationally recognized City of Hope National Medical Center and UCLA, where he also served as Chief Fellow.


Dr. Bagdasarian has been recognized among the top oncologists in the United States by the Scientific Research Council of America and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine at USC. He is actively involved in clinical cancer research, contributing as both a principal investigator and co-investigator on numerous studies advancing cancer treatment and care.


In addition to his clinical and academic work, Dr. Bagdasarian is a trusted voice in oncology and has served as a medical consultant for national media outlets, including ABC, CBS, and CNN.
