Dr. Leah Marsh is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist at Oncura Health, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers. She is dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered cancer care, with expertise in chemotherapy, risk-reducing surgery, and minimally invasive techniques.


A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), Dr. Marsh has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Top Doctor of 2025 and a Leader of Influence, reflecting her clinical excellence and leadership in women’s health and oncology.


Dr. Marsh completed advanced training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, followed by subspecialty fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology, where she developed expertise in comprehensive cancer care, chemotherapy management, and surgical oncology. She is highly skilled in complex open procedures as well as minimally invasive techniques, including robotic and laparoscopic surgery, helping improve outcomes and recovery for her patients.


She has a strong interest in hereditary cancer risk and prevention, working to identify patients who may benefit from early intervention and risk-reducing strategies. Her research has been presented at national conferences and published in leading journals, including Obstetrics & Gynecology.
