Dr. Saro Kasparian is a triple board-certified medical oncologist, hematologist, and internist at Oncura Health, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and blood disorders, including prostate cancer, breast cancer, and hematologic malignancies. He is known for combining advanced oncology expertise with a compassionate, patient-first approach.


Dr. Kasparian earned his medical degree through training at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and Nassau University Medical Center. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Houston Methodist Hospital and went on to complete his Hematology-Oncology fellowship at the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he served as Chief Fellow.


Throughout his training and career, Dr. Kasparian has been actively involved in oncology research and clinical innovation, presenting at national and international conferences including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). He has contributed to multiple first-author publications across key areas of cancer care, including breast cancer, prostate cancer, and blood cancers.


A strong advocate for clinical trials and emerging therapies, Dr. Kasparian believes in offering patients access to the latest advancements in cancer treatment whenever appropriate. He is widely recognized for his ability to connect with patients, clearly explain complex treatment plans, and guide them through each step of their care journey with empathy and transparency.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Kasparian enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. His hobbies include film and television, anime, miniature modeling, video games and food blogging ... with plenty of spirited (and fun) commentary.
