Dr. Fikret Atamdede is an experienced gynecologic oncologist at Oncura Health, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers. With decades of clinical and surgical experience, he is known for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care with a focus on advanced and minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Atamdede earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the Medical College of Wisconsin / St. Mary’s Hospital program. During this time, he developed a strong interest in gynecologic oncology.

He went on to complete advanced fellowship training in pelvic and urogynecologic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by a Gynecologic Oncology fellowship at the Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Atamdede also served on the faculty at the University of California Los Angeles and played a key role in establishing the OB/GYN program at Olive View UCLA Medical Center. He later returned to Los Angeles to direct the Gynecologic Oncology program at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

Since transitioning to private practice, Dr. Atamdede has focused on providing expert gynecologic cancer care to patients across the South Bay and surrounding communities. His approach emphasizes personalized treatment planning, surgical expertise, and compassionate care, supporting patients through every stage of their diagnosis and treatment.
