Dr. Peyman Salimi-Tari is a board-trained medical oncologist at Oncura Health, specializing in the treatment of cancer, with a particular focus on molecular and targeted therapies. He is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based oncology care, integrating advanced science with compassionate patient support.


Dr. Salimi-Tari completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Berkeley, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Near Eastern Studies. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and gained early experience in the biotech industry, contributing to prostate cancer research.


He earned his medical degree from the University of Sydney and completed his initial clinical training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He then moved to the United States, where he completed his Internal Medicine residency and Medical Oncology fellowship at the University of Florida Jacksonville.


Throughout his training and career, Dr. Salimi-Tari has been actively involved in oncology and hematology research, with publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Blood. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing targeted cancer therapies and precision medicine.
